If, for any reason, we are unable to provide a particular product after you have placed your order, we will notify you as soon as possible to cancel or amend your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order due to inaccuracies or errors in the product or pricing information, our inability to obtain authorization to collect payment, delivery restrictions applicable to a specific item, or any other issue we discover, including but not limited to, the address or phone number provided to us.
- There may be a slight difference in the country of manufacture or the design of the outer shape “package - carton” of the product received by the customer and the image displayed on the Banan website, due to a newer version of the product or the outer carton of the product by the manufacturer.

If you have already paid for the product, we will issue a full refund. Delivery and shipping fees:
Shipping is free in Banan for orders of 499 SAR or more to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with delivery within 1 to 7 days.
- For orders below that value, delivery fees vary depending on the quantity, weight, and location.
Payment methods:
Visa, Mada, Apple Pay, Tamara, Tabby, and cash on delivery are accepted within Riyadh only.
Order and Cancellation:

If your order is confirmed and shipped, the order will be treated as a refunded order and the shipping fees will be deducted.
Customer rights:
- The customer has the full right to delete or suspend the account with Banan Store at any time if there are no previous orders.
- The customer has the full right to close the account only with Banan Store if there are previous orders.
- The customer has the full right to cancel offers and promotional messages.
